There definitely is no secret about Facebook’s celebrated traffic numbers, and all internet marketers certainly realize this very well. Irregardless of the size of a business, the traffic merely translates to what is possible in terms of revenue. But it is important to realize that you will need to work before you can reap the rewards much like you need to anywhere else. Social marketing at Facebook, or elsewhere, is not as simple as publishing some content and expecting the money to show up. You can turn out to be well known in your marketplace. There really are few limits there, and many of them will almost certainly be self imposed, anyway. But know your Facebook fame will not occur by itself, and you can definitely derail your efforts by making unwanted marketing moves.
One of the biggest wrong turns to take at Facebook, and other places, is not being able to be constant in what you do. The issue about this is you might take a few actions in the wrong direction if you are not continually in touch with your target market. A very standard scenario is to get involved and indulge your market, and as often comes about you start to get a little sluggish in your efforts. To make up for that, you abruptly appear out of nowhere and post half a dozen status messages. Perhaps, since you are in business, you make a decision to hit them with some promo links. Hopefully you can see why that will not be an effective strategy with your market. The people in your market, and they could be your fans, know full well that you have been absent, and the links are a poor idea. You can treat this by easing back into things and forget any promotional links for a time.
We will look at another situation involving being infrequent with your social marketing, but the final result is not the same. Social marketing is actually a natural means to brand yourself or your company, so keep that in view because it is fundamental. The desire to have a constant overall tone in your sales messages as well as how you speak in your content matters a great deal. Not just do you have to do that, but you ought to be professional while at the same time being sociable. That certainly is not very different from any situation where you wanted to be personable while preserving some decorum. So avoid going way off topic at your fan pages by chatting about things people will not be there to hear. There’s nothing wrong with being casual and making a joke here and there. Certainly the goal for any business with social marketing is to make sure you maintain solid momentum with the marketing end.
A lot has been happening at Facebook in the past several years such as upgrades of many forms. Just one change that has taken place concerns sending friend requests to members who don’t know who you are. If you go overboard with that, then you chance getting blacklisted and your account canceled. But a proven way around that is to search on the key terms that are relevant to your market. What this is going to do for you is enable you to find people talking about your niche. Then you realize what to do, merely join in so people will become aware of you and your business.

My Favorite SEO Tools for 2011

    by Douglas Karr

Inspired by a question on Quora, here’s a list of my favorite SEO tools heading into 2011:

First, the tools that I can not live without:

    1. Google Webmasters – understanding impressions and conversion rate off of a search engine results page is as important as ranking well.
    2. Authority Labs – tracking the keywords you’re ranking on every day will provide you with the data you need to make the necessary adjustments as well as see how long the search engines take to react to changes.
    3. SEMRush – understanding what you rank on versus what you’d like to rank on is important. SEMRush is a gold mine with a large blog – identifying posts that rank well and can be tweaked to rank better. As well as providing insight into your competition.
SEOmoz Pro – the pro toolset of SEOmoz is, bar none, the greatest tool I’ve seen on the market. The report card is priceless.
    4. Webtrends – a great analytics tool is essential so you can measure what is working versus what isn’t. Everyone uses Google because most people don’t understand what to actually measure and how to develop a return on investment with their analysis. Webtrends mobile and social integrations are the best advancements in the industry. Disclosure: Webtrends is also a client.

    Honorable Mentions:

    1. gShift Labs – I’ve heard great things but not actually used it.
    2. SpyFu – another fantastic keyword analysis tool.
    3. Google Adwords Keyword Tool – a good keyword tool but often misses the mark on seasonality.
    4. Majestic SEO – backlinks are the gold standard of good ranking. Majestic doesn’t appear to be too accurate, but it can provide some insight. Be sure to register to get the really good stuff!
    5. SEOmoz Toolbar – a stunning tool with everything you need to analyze a page.
    6. Google Trends – understanding trends and seasonality can give folks the leg up on their competition.
    7. Open Site Explorer – another link popularity and backlink engine.
    8. SEOBook Tools – some other good toolsets.
    9. Chrome – the ability to view pages and inspect element construction is critical. Firefox is good, Chrome has it faster.
    10. Pingdom Tools – an awesome app for seeing where your pages are slowing down. Sign up and use their alerts, too! Great system.
    11. Google Pagespeed – a great tool to help you speed your pages up!
    12. Google Libraries API – hosting common libraries so your browser caches them is brilliant. Thanks Google!
    13. Yahoo! Site Explorer – not as good as Google Webmasters… but it helps when tracking Bing and Yahoo problems. I’m not too big a fan of Bing’s Toolbox.
    14. Sitemaps.org – if your site doesn’t have a sitemap and isn’t pinging the search engines, you’re losing the battle. Roll out the red carpet and make it easier to be found with a comprehensive XML sitemap.
    15. Robots.txt – same as #14… and be sure to include a path to your sitemap in it!

Auto Coupon Cash – what does it do? Well, why don’t we hear directly from the horse’s mouth about this one and look at what they say with regards to themselves on their website:

    - Get paid every time you give away other peoples’ money – computer whiz discovers how to give away big corporations’ money and line his pockets at the same time
    - All the tricks of the coupon trade, all laid out in an easy to follow way
    - A proven system that ‘actually works’

What are the bonuses available? (and just what exactly is a bonus? ) Some sites may offer you a purchase bonus if you buy a product through their hyperlink (as a thank-you for purchasing through their site). Regarding Auto Coupon Cash, there is a bonus on offer – see url elsewhere in the page.

Is it worth purchasing? Auto Coupon Cash features many verifiable testimonials from happy customers on its site. Could it be a scam? For products of this type, there’s one simple guaranteed method to discover this: the product’s refund rate. Products with a high refund rate are occasionally a scam. It makes sense – if it’s a scam, then people will be returning it in high numbers. Can I have a refund if it turns out I don’t like it after all The short answer: yes! Payments for this item are dealt with via Clickbank – and they provide a 60-day no-quibble guarantee for all products. So you’re able to be confident you can get a refund.

      Is Blogging Dying?

A current study completed by the New York Times says that the number of young bloggers (ages 12-17) is decreasing. The study takes this specific statistic and utilizes it to pose the question of if blogging as a whole is starting to fall out of favor and whether or not its use as an online communication tool has died. Do you think this is the case? Is blogging, particularly in the online marketing and online sales arena, dying? If it turns out to be real, what does this imply for web marketers and the field of sales? We thought we would look into this query and find out whether or not it is true and what kind of implication this poses for the internet market arena.
The first thing that we discovered is that blogging, especially as a form of online communication is not actually dying. The statistic of individuals aged 12-17 blogging less frequently does not necessarily indicate that blogging is going away. The easy reality is that people in this generation are simply migrating over to other forms of social media like Facebook and Twitter—Facebook offers members a chance to write notes which can double as blogs and allows the user to control who can see what he or she writes. Adults are a lot more likely to begin their own web pages than children are, especially because things like parental consent are not actually an issue.
You must also stop for a second and think about the fact that blogging is hard work! Blogging is just not a thing that can be done once and quickly. If a person within the marketing field needs to generate income on the internet, blogging is a great way to do that, but you need to be willing to actually commit to the activity. While blogging and site-building reached the peak of its popularity in 2004-2006, lots of Internet Marketers jumped onto the bandwagon thinking that they could make a site really fast that, because it looked like a blog, they could slap up some advertising and sit back and collect earnings. Most of the folks who attempted this found very quickly that the only way to make real income via blogging was to always be updating their sites with brand new information. This is the reason a large number of Internet marketers have stopped making use of blogging as a principal income source.
Google has also recently been working overtime to crack down on the individuals who have stolen content from other folks and used it for their own blog and site purposes. This means that, every day, Google de-indexes more sites–the websites that get this done to them are the blogs made by people who employed software to steal content off of other blogs and websites for themselves. With numerous blogs being yanked off the radar, you can assume that blogging is dying and that these sites are just being closed down.
The authentic reality is that blogging is not really dying. Blogging is merely beginning to be better tracked and that means that it is a lot harder for people to make money with them. Sure this will likely affect some of the basic and blatant data but we don’t think that blogging is actually going to go anywhere. It is merely beginning to be acknowledged for what it is actually: a communication tool. It will always be better to utilize a blog to share information than it is for people to earn quick money.

Perhaps untold numbers of folks have tried and failed at making money with pay per click (PPC). Having said that, it isn’t all that difficult to succeed using this distinct form of marketing and advertising. Google is invariably trying to improve their services and end user experience, and that is why they have become more stringent in the last two or so years. While Google has angered a great deal of past PPC advertisers, the trend is to simply make a better atmosphere for Google end users. What all that comes down to is you have to use the right practices if you wish to generate income with Adwords. We want to explore an element of PPC campaigns that can essentially make or break your efforts.

As you will know, if you end up working with Adwords, you have to do all you can to achieve a high quality score. The best feasible rating is a ten, not surprisingly. Your quality score will have an impact on your costs per click, ad placement and primarily everything. Therefore, you have to have in every component of your campaign is relevance. Google requires that you build relevance into all you do with each of your Adwords campaigns. Relevance is ideal for everybody including Google, the end users who are your visitors plus your profits. You can work to create the most relevant experience in several different ways.

When a user follows an ad, they can arrive at the new kind of landing page or right to your main money site. One of the changes at Adwords is the type of squeeze page everyone knows about is no longer acceptable. The different landing page will have links to information, and you just must do a little more, these days. So first, the person who just clicked on your ad has certain expectations. That seems like good sense, but we’ve witnessed and read about advertisers who violate this important principle.

If you will be using this type of upgraded squeeze page, for Google Adwords, then this landing page ought to be relevant in all ways to your primary site. If someone opts in to your list, and you send that person to your money site, then it’s a very important cross over point for the two of you. Make sure to use related design styles and colors on your main site along with the landing page. Of course the written content for both definitely will have to be in the same niche, or topic. This impacts your visitor that should work in your favor. When you possess this relevancy, then that makes the visitor more relaxed and confident about you. So that is what we imply by having relevancy in your complete advertising campaign, and the result is usually powerful.

Resale right products are something online marketers have been successfully using for quite a few years. However, the majority of the people who try their hand at resell right products aren’t able to find success due to various reasons. There are some effective strategies that can help you succeed with resale rights products, and we’ll be discussing some of these in this article.

The easiest way to succeed with resale products is to follow in the footsteps of successful marketers. This is your shortcut to profits from these products by promoting the success of others. This will not only pave an easy path for you but it will also save you the frustrations you might otherwise face. But again, this doesn’t necessarily mean that your success is guaranteed if you choose to go this way, you will still need to put in your own creativity so that things go your way.

Second, keep in mind that you have to take care of this transaction yourself since your ultimately selling the product yourself. You can setup free merchant accounts with companies like PayPal and get started with the selling, there’s no issue there. There are a few payment options, look into which one would be better for your payment. There is another company called e-junkie that offers a great solution for selling information products online. These things matter in the long run because you obviously don’t want to stumble upon any roadblocks once you have your product ready to be sold.

Last but not the least; you can also bundle up different products into one package and sell it. This is an simple way to add more value at a lower price thus increasing the perceived value of your products. For example, if you have five software tools, each designed to do a specific task for Internet marketers, you can easily create a mega pack of these tools and sell it as one big package to online marketers. It helps to bring up sales and bring down product return rates.

To sum up, reselling items isn’t too challenging, if you are aware of how to play the game in a different way. Numerous web marketers have factually made high amount of money by effortlessly buying and reselling items smartly. The single think you don’t want to forget that unless you attempt to put in the energy toward producing a product that stands out from the crowd, you won’t get a positive response. Take some extra time to transform your merchandise into something distinctive and get the word out about it in a different way than the others. Go ahead, begin taking some action on the things you have been taught here to see continuing results from your reselling business,  Other sources that may help would be Extreme Niche Empires and Mass Traffic Accelerator

Are you sick of all the ruthless marketers telling you how easy it is to make money online?

Are you disgusted by the stupid ClickBank products that promise traffic at the click of a mouse?

              It’s been especially bad lately…

Launch after launch after launch and the products are bullshit!

I just got another one today telling me how I can *easily* make $4k per DAY with just 30 minutes of  work.

Honestly, if you had a software program that made you $4k a DAY with a “push of a button”, would you sell it to thousands of people for $47???

Why doesn’t ClickBank BAN this crap?!

If you look closely at some of the sales letters, you’ll realize that it’s the same guy selling you more junk under a different name.

And it’s usually some kind of useless software that automates articles submissions, blog posts, or social media posts (A.K.A. SPAM)…

…or it’s some kind of secret “cloaking” software that tricks Google or FaceBook or the latest time waster.

Most of that crap doesn’t work! And if there is some kind of “loophole” it gets CLOSED quickly and then, once again, you’re left with nothing.

Don’t get me wrong though, because I personally know people who get tons of traffic from social media, blogs, FaceBook ads, CPV, etc.

              BUT…

They don’t do the work themselves. They outsource it over seas.

And it’s NOT their main source of traffic either. Affiliates and JV partners are much more reliable (no matter what these idiots tell you).

Those unscrupulous marketers that I mentioned above prey on people who want to believe that it’s easy to make money online.

Well it’s NOT and the sooner you realize that and start doing what they do (in a more ethical manner), the faster you’ll *actually start* making money.

Instead of buying product after product hoping that the next one will be your ticket to the big times, you should start selling!

Without a doubt, the best way to get started online is to sell low-cost products and pay affiliates 100% commission to send you traffic.

Then funnel those buyer leads and exit traffic into quality, ethical sale funnels that pay you over and over and over for the same customers.

When you have your own product and an opt-in page to collect leads, you have the leverage you need to set up JV deals, ad swaps, and all kinds of integration marketing.

That’s how ALL my marketing friends are making money!

And if you think about it, that’s how that guy “really” makes $4k a day. ;o) Those ClickBank screen shots are most likely from products he’s sold in the past!

NOT a result of the “push button software” he’s trying to sell to you.

But nonetheless, millions of people today are interested to do that. Promoting a completely new site is the most arduous part of search engine marketing.

Setting up your content efficiently is important if you want Google to position your content high in their listings.
Your content should sensibly present the keywords you are applying to optimize your site. Each page should belong to a specific keyword phrase category.
Your main category should contain the related keyword content pages.
On your main page you should optimize with regard to the major keyword phrase for the entire site.
Structuring your website in this fashion lets Google know that you have efficiently organized your site.
An even more significant benefit is that every page can rank for its unique individual keyword phrase.
Continually remember that every page on your site needs to stand on its own in a specific sense.
In other words, each page should be optimized for a solitary unique keyword phrase.
Do not optimize more than a single page of your site using the same keyword phrase.
It is also a good idea to stay away from placing the same content on more than one page.
This can make the difficulty of duplicate content.
You can have printer friendly pages which happen to have the same content as the non-printer friendly web page.
When you decide to do this, make changes to your site by employing nofollow links to the page and including no-index commands in the page code.
If you currently have such scripts on an important and vital page, then that will cause problems with your page getting appropriately read and accounted for.
Problems with search engine bots can also take place when you use certain JavaScript navigation patterns.
